They can be found on the University Pay Scales web page. You will find them detailed under ‘UE01 to UE10 Part Time’. Payroll web pages Individuals who are new to tutoring and demonstrating in the School of GeoSciences will be appointed at the bottom of the appropriate grade scale, irrespective of T&D experience in another School. The same will apply to an individual who has more than a month’s break in continuation of service. This may be due to a lapse in their contract or if they have left T&D and are returning at a later date. If you are taking a break, e.g. for illness, maternity/paternity, or it has been agreed to put your study on hold, please let the T&D team know via td.geo@ed.ac.uk.
